Organisational Support
NCB’s Organisational Support Department
underpins the work of NCB and its various internal projects through
the provision of operational support, including: centralised
fundraising, finance, facilities and HR services.
The Business Development functions within the
Department develop paid-for products (including conferences and
events, training, consultancy and publications) whose intellectual
content has been developed from project work within NCB. These
services are designed to ensure we reach, support and inform the
widest possible audience of those working with and on behalf of
children and young people with the latest thinking and
empirically-validated research.
